I am fed up with Google+ on Mac OS X. If I try to assign someone following me to a circle I get the error that I have reached my daily limit. This is even if I haven't assigned anyone to a circle in days or even weeks. Adding to circles doesn't work on Mac Desktop browsers. It has rarely if ever worked, all they have done is change the error message.If I can't assign people to a circle what use are circles? And without the ability to post to Google+ from other sites Google+ is an isolated island.
